Refund policy

Release Gate, 49 dollars

Refundable within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email Alex@techtideai.io from the address on your account and say you want a refund. You keep nothing further: your download access is removed when the refund is issued.

Launch Review, 199 dollars

Refundable in full at any time before work starts. Work starts when we begin reviewing your application after your intake form is submitted, and we tell you by email at that moment. If you ask for a refund before that email, you get the full 199 dollars back. If the review has already been delivered, it is not refundable, because the deliverable is the work.

If you are unhappy with a delivered review, write to us anyway. We would rather fix the gap than leave you with something you cannot use.

Hardening Sprint, 1,750 dollars

Refundable in full at any time before scope confirmation. Every sprint begins with a written scope document naming three to five priority fixes, their acceptance criteria, and what is explicitly excluded. Nothing is built until you confirm that document in writing. Up to that confirmation, ask and the full amount comes back.

After you confirm scope, the engagement is under way and the purchase is not refundable. If we cannot complete a confirmed item, we say so, and we refund a fair share of the fee for the work not delivered.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. We issue them within two business days of agreeing to the request. Your bank usually posts the money within five to ten business days after that. We do not charge a processing fee for a refund.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at Alex@techtideai.io. We answer within one business day and we would rather resolve it directly than through your card issuer.

The free check

The Launch Risk Check costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can ask us to delete a check record at any time by writing to Alex@techtideai.io with the check link.
